I've been booed by Jen and Christy!
How fun is it to "Boo!" all my blog friends!?
Here are the instructions that come with the Blogging Boo:
Go to as many friends as you want and tell them they've been "B00-ED."
Have them link back to your blog to pick up their Halloween Treat (picture) and tell them to Boo their friends.
Then put the picture in your side bar so everyone knows that you've already been "boo-ed" and to send the picture to someone else..
I am off to Boo!
Maybe I will find you!

Not more sickness!!!
This has been one of the worst months ever for our family. On Tuesday "A" said she was not feeling good. I thought it was allergies, I was wrong! On Friday I take he into the doctor and she has strep!! Darin stayed home from work on Friday, b/c he was feeling off. Around 12:30 pm he is in intense pain. I call the doctors to see if I can get him in. It turned out he has kidney stones! I am feeling a little overwhelmed at this point. I want to be there 100% of the time for both of them and I can't be. I remember sitting on the couch with "A" and saying I don't know what to do, yes I do lets pray "A".I start praying and singing Jesus loves me. That night I had a headache. I wake up around 6am I don't feel good, my stomach hurts, head hurts. I start thinking to my self I can't be sick too!! Darin calls the parents on the soccer team. He starts to have pain, he is taking pain pills but that is not helping. We both go to urgent care with all three kids. We were a sight to see. The doctor walks into the room and ask which one is the patient, we responded we both are. She looks at me and says yes you have strep she gave me some meds, then she checked out Darin. They took an xray to see if the could see the stone, no such luck. She gave Darin a pain shot and said if he has pain again and the meds don't help we have to go to the ER and they will keep him until he passes the stone. Christy brought us some dinner, thank you!! Lara brought is some items from the store, thank you!!!

Disney Trip
We are back from Disney! It was a trip we will never forget. After "A" being sick on Thursday , I woke up at 1 AM on Saturday sick ugh!! I was much better by that evening, so we were still planning on going to Disney.
This was the original plan:
Sunday: Travel to Orlando pay for round trip shuttle to take us to the hotel. We checked in around 1:00 am.
Monday: Get up at 6am spend all day at Disney. The hotel had free shuttle to and from Disney leaving the hotel at 7:50am & 11 am,and bring you back to hotel at 9:45pm
Tuesday: get up at 4:00am to leave for airport. Shuttle had to pick us up at 5am. So we could be at the airport on time.
As we were going to sleep Sunday in the hotel about 1:30am Darin said "My tummy is upset."
I replied "Take some medicine now!"
I brought left over nausea medicine left from "A". He choose not to take any! Thirty minutes later he was getting sick. Darin has a sensitive stomach if he is off his normal routine his stomach doesn't feel good. This is what he thought was going on! From two in the morning until five or so in the morning he was getting sick about every 30-45 minutes!
I did not get any sleep and was feeling so bad for Darin. Finally I feel asleep and I wake up to Darin saying "Sarah call an ambulance now!" I knew he was sick, but I didn't feel like I needed to call 911. I go to the front desk. I know, why didn't I just call the front desk?! I don't know working on only one hour of sleep, I was so not myself and frazzled!
We get a taxi and the driver is parked on the other side of the hotel and walking to our room. I yell down the way at him. "Drive over here and get us please." He does I get Darin loaded in the cab with an ice bucket just in case. Then the driver says I need to do paperwork it will take five minutes. What did he just say?? I need to do paper work I don't think so!
ME: "No you need to take us to the ER NOW!!"
Driver: "Oh, this is an emergency."
ME: "Yes, please take us to the ER now."
Pay the taxi get Darin in the ER. I fill out all the paperwork they ask Darin some questions and then take him to a room. The doctor did not even see him and they are already getting an IV going for him. They had to use a needle that they use for two year olds on him to get the IV going. The poor guy looked horrible! They gave him two bags of fluids and nausea medicine and a few other things to help settle his stomach down.
While Darin is busy getting his fluids, I thought I will see if we can fly out on Wednesday.I call the airline they wanted almost $500 to change the flight! I then call Darin's sister Kim she can always find good air fair. Carl her husband is a pilot they offered us buddy passes to fly standby. Great, looked like I would get a day at Disney after all. Kim checked flights for us and we would not be able to leave until Thursday. We couldn't stay till Thursday, that's two more nights at a hotel, meals and we just couldn't afford to do that.
Two hours and a half hours later I pay the $100 copay to the ER and have three prescriptions to fill. Darin is feeling better but not 100%. Darin said lets still go to Disney it won't be all day but we can still go and enjoy six hours. We can pay a taxi to take us to Disney and ride the shuttle back to the hotel at 9:45pm.
About 3pm I called for another taxi to take us to Disney. We went to MGM saw a parade and watched the Indiana Jones stunt show. Darin was looking very pale again. I could tell he was not feeling good. While watching the show it starts to down pour. I thought ok it can rain while we watch the show, it will be done raining by the time the show is over with. It did stop, but I could tell Darin was not feeling well at all. I told him let go back to the hotel. We stopped by the gift shop and got the kids something and I got Darin and I t-shirts! If nothing else I was going to get a shirt out of the deal! On the way to get yet another taxi to take us back to the hotel so Darin can rest. While walking out to the taxi, it starts to down pour again! Everyone is running to there cars Darin and I walk.
We get back to the hotel around 5:30 PM. Darin takes a hot shower and crawls into bed and sleeps. Great now what an I suppose to do? Nothing is close by to walk too. I'm not paying for another taxi and I couldn't leave Darin. I went to the restaurant in the hotel and ordered dinner and a strong drink! I felt so bad for Darin and he felt so bad about not being able to finish Disney. Went back to the room and did some of my bible study. About 7:30pm Darin woke up for a little. We were both asleep by 8:30pm.
Wednesday we left for home. Darin was still not feeling good. We had a two hour layover in Atlanta. Darin started to look a little better. We arrived back in Wichita at 12:30pm. We visited with Darin's parents for a while. When we left Darin said he was hungry, and wanted Cinnamon's Deli.Yeah, he wanted to eat! He is feeling much better now.
Thank you to all of those who were praying for Darin while all of this was going on. It was a trip we will never forget!
We will go back to Disney sometime just don't know when.

A in the ER
Last night(Thursday) was a very busy night. A had been sick all day she woke up not feeling great. She started getting sick about 8:30am, by lunch I called the doctor to get her some meds to help her feel better. At 2pm I gave her the meds, two hours later she was still not feeling good and still threw up two more times! At 4 pm I called the doctor, told them A was not getting better. The doctor's office called back at 4:30pm and said "get her up here now". Got A dressed and the boys ready, turned off the chicken I was cooking for dinner and headed up to the doctors office. Once at the doctor's office we discovered A had lost 5lbs, and was very dehydrated. At 5:15pm Darin and I were making a decision of which ER we wanted to take her too. The children's hospital in Tulsa or the ER next door. We choose the ER next door and the doctor walked with us and A got an IV put in. She did such a great job. Darin caught up with us in the ER. He stayed with us for a while and then took the boys to get dinner. A started to feel much better, she ate four Popsicles while we were there. At 8:40pm A and I walked out of the ER. She wanted to go get a cheeseburger! I said how about some crackers you can pick out any kind you want, she also got some fudge pops! I brought her home and then headed to get her prescriptions filled. Just in case we had a bad night I wanted to have more anti-nausea meds on hand! I got home at 10:30pm A was crashed, she started to run a fever, I gave her some Tylenol and she slept all night I did not hear a peep out of her.
Today (Friday) I took her back to the doctors, she gained 2 lbs!! They took the port out for the IV and she is doing great! She wants to eat so bad, I may try to give her a grilled cheese for lunch. I'm so grateful that the doctor made us come in. I did not think she was that bad. I'm glad to have my little girl back to somewhat normal.
